  I called the night b4, wasn't sure what I wanted, talked to the owner and I said I should go over, he said come on over... I was tired and didn't feel like driving so I made myself a sandwich instead. So, the next day I ordered and my sister in law went to pick it up and I got a call from him, asked who this was, told him and he said he will not fill my order because I didn't come last night. I told him that it's up to me to change my mind and that it was late & made a sandwich. Furthermore, I told him it's ok and that I won't be ordering from him anymore... he over talked me and hung up... now I'm not sure what his problem is as I had good convo's with him in the past but it's my right to change my mind that night because I didn't order. Refusing to fill an order the next day is what I call unprofessional & disrespectful to a customer. His prices are really high and treating customers like this will eventually result in his business not surviving like the ones who were there before him. The food is ok at best, but I think I'll be sticking with Pit Stop and or Vi's, the prices are a lot better and their food is, dare I say, better.... I'm not sure what his problem is but good luck with treating ppl this way, def not a good way to treat anyone! Letting fam & friends know about this incident and would strongly suggest avoiding a business like this. Thanks but no thanks!
